We’re Triple Finalists! (For the Second Year in a Row!) Westflor is a finalist in not one, but three categories at the Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) Awards — for the second year running! To say we’re delighted would be an understatement.
The FPC represents a huge number of companies across the UK’s fruit, veg, and flower supply chains — both local and global — so being named a finalist is a massive achievement that we’re really proud of. And we think it’s fair to say it’s well deserved, too.

About the FPC Fresh Awards
The FPC Fresh Awards are often called the Oscars of the fresh produce world — and for good reason.
The glitzy black-tie awards ceremony will take place on Friday 26th September 2025 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. It’s the biggest event in the industry calendar, bringing together 700+ professionals for a night of celebration, networking, drinks, and a gala dinner.

This category celebrates the very best in the wholesale flower and plant world — recognising companies that go above and beyond in quality and service.
We’re so proud to be recognised as a leader in our sector. We continually strive to make improvements and bring the best products and service to you, our wonderful customers. However, to have that commitment recognised by the FPC’s judging panel is a real honour — and something we don’t take for granted.
Team of the Year
This award recognises the achievements of teams that work together to make something special happen — whether through innovation, growth, or outstanding support. At Westflor, we’re proud of our team every single day. There’s a real family feel here, with many of our staff working with us for decades.
They’re the reason we can consistently deliver the service our customers expect — and this award shortlisting is a brilliant reflection of their dedication, warmth, and talent.
We couldn’t be more grateful to the FPC for this recognition — it’s a big moment for all of us.
Manager of the Year
This award shines a light on outstanding leadership across the entire FPC network — which includes thousands of managers from the likes of Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Fresh Direct, and more.
To be named a finalist in this category is no small feat — and we couldn’t be prouder that our very own Dave Kingham made the cut.
Dave’s been a driving force at Westflor. His mix of passion, integrity, and people-first leadership has helped shape our business into what it is today. He leads by example, always putting the team and our customers at the heart of every decision. This finalist spot is hugely deserved — and we’re thrilled to see him recognised on such a grand stage.
