Once you complete the registration form and hit submit, you’ll immediately receive an email. This acts as confirmation of the successful submission, it will also provide you with a copy of all the details you’ve shared with us.
We’ll then check your details and take care of all the necessary steps to set you up with an account. Once we’ve completed this we’ll be back in touch. We aim to do this within 5 working days, occasionally it may take a little longer.
Once your account is live, we’ll invite you to our premises with its cash and carry warehouse. Your warm welcome will include an introduction to our team and a tour of our premises.
You’ll see the vast selection of products available – flowers, plants and sundries, but we hope more than anything, it will begin to demonstrate how Westflor can fully support your business.
We can also discuss the guidance we can offer you and your team, so you gain the distinct advantage that comes with using all the elements of our online ordering system, especially optimising the direct buying links with our suppliers in Holland.
We do understand that for some it’s just not possible to get to our cash and carry warehouse, and it’s certainly not compulsory. In those situations, we’re happy to go through everything either over the phone, or it might be better to use Skype or Zoom, if it’s helpful to share screens. It may also be possible for us to come to you and go through the buying systems and the account dashboard. We’ll certainly ensure you have all the support you need so you can buy with confidence and access the benefits with buying from London and Holland, not just the fantastic flowers but phenomenal selection of sundries and plants too.
