What's the Increase?

After maintaining our delivery charges at £5.95 (and £15.95 for orders under £150.00) for the past three years, unfortunately we now need to increase them.

That’s the bad news. However, the good news is that we’re increasing these delivery charges by just £1 per delivery.

Exact Rates after Price Increase

The standard delivery charge will increase to £6.95 for any order over £150.

For our regular customers who just need a top-up, we still offer a delivery service for orders below £150 at the higher rate of £16.95 (also an increase of just £1).

Remember, orders can include not only fresh flowers, but plants and sundries too. This makes it even easier to make up an order with your everyday essentials and keep the delivery charge to a minimum.

When Will this Start?

The increase will start on the 1st April 2026.

Do I need to do anything?

In short – No!

If you are happy to continue receiving deliveries as normal, you don’t have to do a thing. However, if following this change you wish to arrange to collect your orders please do let us know.

Your Questions Answered

Why have you had to increase the delivery charge?

Just as you’ve seen your own costs increase, we have too. We’ve kept our current prices static for as long as possible. However, to maintain the high level of service you expect from us, we now have to pass on this minimal increase.

When did you last increase prices?

We’ve managed to hold our previous prices for the last 3 years but with the increases we’ve all seen recently we have no option but to increase our charges by just £1.

Can I collect my orders instead of having them delivered?

Absolutely! If you would rather collect your orders please feel free. If you currently have your orders delivered and this is a change from your usual procedure please do let us know!

You can contact us by which ever form you refer, whether that’s WhatsApp, phone, email, or popping in to see us!

Final Thoughts

We fully appreciate the increasing costs to your business, especially at the start of the financial year andwe will continue to support your business in every way we possibly can. However, we have had to make this decision to ensure our usual high standard of delivery service continues. We have kept the increase as low as possible and we very much appreciate your understanding.
