The Chosen Designer: Alexander McQueen
I’m sure you agree it’s an outstanding design and hugely worthy of first prize.
The Winner!
Congratulations, Megan Deakin
As we explained in our earlier article sharing our proud partnership to sponsor the Student Competition; whilst we love to encourage every florist out there, we think it’s really important to encourage future florists in their professional development.
We are confident that Megan has a truly bright future ahead of her. As she not only won the student competition that we proudly sponsored on the Sunday, but also achieved further success over the weekend.
Megan was also a fellow winner at the BFA Industry Awards on the Saturday evening. Shortly before we headed up to the stage to be presented with the Flower Wholesaler of the Year trophy, certificate and bouquet, Megan had been awarded Floristry Student of the year!
