Most of you will be aware of our ever increasing fantastic range and display of plants. Whilst our everyday choice and quality is outstanding, we’re pleased to offer you these same benefits in our Mother’s Day Pre-Order list.

Deadlines for your pre-orders are:

Top Tips & FAQs
How to order
By far the easiest way to order is to head to the webshop, select the ‘Pre Orderlist’ with the clipboard icon, select Mother’s Day Pre order and the date you would like your order(s) and start selecting the products you’d like.
What days can I order for
You can arrange pre-orders for:
Tuesday 10th March
Wednesday 11th March
Thursday 12th March
Friday 13th March
Saturday 14th March
Remember you can order for as many or few days as you wish, so whether that’s having Lilies, foliage, and plants in earlier in the week, the bulk in a couple of days later, with bunches arriving shortly before the rush – the choice is yours, do what ever is best for your business – it’s completely flexible.
But why not use this to your advantage and make your Mother’s Day as organised as possible (especially if you have limited space?!).
Can you help me find last year’s order?
Sure, you can view and download duplicate historical invoices by simply heading to your Admin panel, selecting ‘Invoices’ and then using the download arrow (to the right of the invoice total) or have it emailed to you by selecting the email envelope icon.
Where can I find the Pre-Orders once I’ve placed them?
Head to your Admin panel main page, click on ‘Order Confirmation’ Select the order you wish to review. You can download copies of your order confirmations as a pdf or an excel document, whichever you prefer? Alternatively you can select and hit ‘send again’ to have your order confirmation emailed over to you once more.
Just as a reminder – when you place an order you’ll receive an email order confirmation. If you order at different times, you will receive an email confirmations after each time you order, showing the updated current order. If you have placed orders across multiple days all your ordered items will show, sectioned into each day.
Can I adjust my orders once I’ve placed them?
As with all Pre-Orders you have the option of making changes. This is perfect if you’d like to secure your minimum order now, and then review your plans, before finalising your exact order quantity before the order deadline date of Midnight Thursday 24th February.
