Getting ahead & organised

If you've not already pre-ordered!

The deadline for Christmas orders (with locked in prices) has now passed. However, this doesn’t mean to say you can’t place orders ahead of time and get super organised with zero risk because:

  • The price is never higher
  • You can change your orders
  • You can clearly see what you’ve ordered
  • You have complete control

What's the advantage?

We know it sometimes feels like a gamble to order a whole load of flowers and foliage, but pre-ordering really puts you in control with zero risk. We’d go so far as to say it’s perhaps easier to list the disadvantages?

Even if it’s just in your head you have a shopping list of flower and foliage that you know you’ll need to buy, so why not get your shopping basket all planned? You can finalise the quantities now or nearer to time, but getting your list together will save you time, when it’s more scarce!

Ordering this way secures all the items you know you’ll need without having to carve out the time Christmas week when you’re rushed off your feet. You won’t have the fear of potentially missing out on the items you need, or having to start work again when you get home!

Remember, you’ll be able to change, increase, decrease, or cancel any orders entirely (we’ll share more about timelines below) so it’s a huge benefit all round.

The price is never higher! - Let's explain...

We categorically guarantee items that you Pre-Order will never be higher than the exact same items on our shop floor or in the London Flowers section of the webshop for that day.

At Westflor we’ll never take advantage of you placing an order ahead of time, we see you as partners and are here to support you – always. We will always buy the best product at the best price for you.

Where are the Prices

Guide prices as shown when the order is within the next 7 days. If you are placing an order beyond a weeks time – and of course that’s what we’re encouraging you to do – you won’t see the price yet, but it will appear when the order falls into the 7 day window.

But they’re only Guide Prices?

The prices you’ll see are indeed guide prices, however, we’re pleased to say that nine times out of ten the price you pay is less than the price shown. However, at Westflor we’d much rather under promise and over deliver, than the other way around.

We appreciate you need to be able to plan ahead and get a sense of the price, and going by these prices will give you a good idea. An added advantage of using these prices for your costings is that you can be confident that you’ll make the profit margin you anticipated, perhaps a little more.

Order / amend until: 8pm Tuesday 17th Dec.

How to Pre-Order & view the orders you've placed

Pre-Ordering is really simple:

  • Click on the ‘Pre-Order Flowers’ listing with it’s clipboard icon in the left hand side shopping menu (regardless of your device).
  • Select the date you would like your flowers to arrive
  • Start shopping & place your order

To review your Pre-Ordering:

  • View what you have ordered at any time by looking in your ‘Current Orders’ – You’ll see this option listed on your dashboard (simply click on the home icon from the Webshop to return to your dashboard)
  • Order items can be removed, altered or increased until we have confirmed them with our buyers and growers in Holland (2 days before the order arrives) but simply see our list above for definitive times.
