Let's get you in the know about our
Spring Bank Holiday & Whit Monday
We wanted to share our Spring Bank Holiday opening and buying times with you. Many of you will have predicted we’ll be closed for that Monday bank holiday.
However, Whit Monday is another date we need you to be aware of that may influence your buying!
Whit Monday
The Dutch flower auctions are closed on this Dutch Bank Holiday which is held in Holland on Monday 20th May. Therefore, there are no flowers coming in from Holland to the UK on Tuesday 21st May.
We are open as usual and will have a good level of stock, but you may want to bear this in mind when buying and possibly increase your Saturday order accordingly.
Our webshop will reflect the ‘Holland’ buying direct options accordingly.
Buying information:
Tuesday 21st May
No delivery from Holland. We're open as normal!
We’re here to help and want to make your life as easy as possible
If you would like to secure a special order from Holland, but not have it until the Monday, we will happily keep your flowers in our fridge and arrange your collection or delivery as you wish. You will need to place your orders as you usually would for a Saturday arrival and let us know that you’d like them on Monday, rather than the Saturday (when we’ll be getting them in).
Spring Bank Holiday
Cash & Carry Opening Times:
We’re closed on the Monday, however, this is not a bank holiday in Holland. So there will be no affect on us receiving everything as usual. You just need to be aware we won’t be open for buying, collecting and there won’t be any deliveries made this day. The webshop buying options will reflect this.
Monday 27th May
CLOSED
If you have any question just ask!
We hope we’re covered everything. However, if you have any queries, or would like to place the order with us directly, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Happy Spring!
If you get that spring bank holiday off and a long weekend – enjoy!
Best wishes all the team at Westflor.
